Free Initial Exploratory Call

I offer a free 30 minute call or Zoom session to help us figure out how and if I can help you. It will give us both a chance to get to know each other a little and to ask questions.

Group Exploration/Workshops

This is currently in development, but I anticipate I will be offering a 6 x 2hr weekly programme which will be approximately £40 per week. This is will be payable in advance.

Creative Burnout Recovery Retreat

Because this is a bespoke offering designed to your individual needs, please contact me so that we can discuss what would give you the best experience and I will prepare a quote for you, based on that discussion. One to one coaching sessions will be priced as below.

Alternatively, you can keep it simple (and more cost effective) by just booking your coaching sessions with me and taking care of your own bookings for everything else.

Sessions Away From Base

Under certain circumstances, I may be able to travel to you for the sessions. Please feel free to discuss this with me if you are interested, although please be aware that there would be additional costs involved.

One to One Therapeutic Coaching Sessions
​
There are three different price bands (standard, supported and supporter) to make the sessions as accessible as possible, and 90 minute sessions start from £76.50 per session.
You can either book one session at a time, or you can book blocks of multiple sessions or monthly sessions at discounted rates.
